Tell me more about you. What your life is like, what challenges you come across in your work, your family, your relationships. What are the things that trouble you and how do you go about solving your problems. What holds you back, what scares you, what do you have a hard time dealing with. How do you cope with life challenges (e.g. pain, illnesses, loss, uncertainties), how do you reach your goals- in a nutshell, I am interested in who you are.

Together we will create a safe space where you can be yourself, discover and grow.

We sometimes find ourselves stuck and overwhelmed; we have the facts but we don’t know how to cope. We are aware of all the tools available to deal with life but somehow we get lost in the process.

I will guide you through your own process, help you see more clearly who you are and where you’re standing. You will have the space and at your own pace, the support and resources to discover new ways of dealing with your challenges & symptoms, finding peace and reconnecting with your passion and aspiration.
Living in this digital age comes with its own specific set of challenges. But we all share the same needs. Attention, connection, stability, aspiration. In my work I deal with issues in:
